who we are
An educational platform with 30 years of experience
I entered the world of CNC in 1993, after two years of specialized technical training. Since then, I have dedicated more than 35 years to the operation, programming, and optimization of CNC machine processes, working with lathes and milling machines in various production environments.
My initial specialty was manual programming on Fanuc controls, working with machines up to 10 axes, where my main responsibility was to create, modify, and optimize programs directly on the machine, achieving significant reductions in cycle times, greater process stability, and better tool utilization.
Later, I broadened my focus to the programming and design of complex geometries, specializing in the use of Mastercam and SolidWorks for CAD design and CAM programming, integrating more efficient, safe, and repeatable machining strategies.
Today, I combine hands-on experience on the production floor, advanced programming, and a focus on cost reduction, helping workshops and manufacturers improve productivity, optimize processes, and maximize their return on investment in CNC.

I entered the CNC world in 1993 after 2 years of training I have spent the last 35 years operating and programming different types of CNC machines including Lathes and Milling Machines.

I specialized in manually programming machines with Fanuc control up to 10 axes my main role was to manually program and update the programs to reduce the machining cycle.

I then specialized in using Mastercam and Solidworks to design and program parts with more complex geometry.
